ESC staff provide onsite laboratory support and consulting to help solve chemical, biological, and global health threats through bioscience and medical research. Support includes:
Basic Biomedical Research
ESC researchers perform basic research in medical countermeasures, therapeutics, and seek to understand fundamental mechanisms to identify promising candidates for pre-clinical development in immunology, infectious diseases, chemical exposure, and neurotoxins.
ESC researchers and consultants help move discovery to new clinical products and practices through the application of interdisciplinary skills in science, pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, regulatory procedures, and business and financial considerations
ESC support also includes technical staff to maintain colonies and support laboratory operations such as data analysis and modeling, supply and logistics, to Principal Investigators.
